MiniMoh’s Marketplace is not your traditional retailer. Taking pride in being young, fresh and different, we have replicated a marketplace into a website by providing shoppers with the opportunity to purchase unique products, directly from small businesses, as you would find in a weekend market.

Introducing Sparrow and the Rose!

Introducing Rochelle from Sparrow and the Rose! If you'd like to have your business/hobby featured on a blog post, please use the Contact Us tab on our blog and send us your article! For tips on writing your article please read; Writing a Blog Post. It's completely FREE!
I launched my jewellery label back in 2004 after becoming bored with wearing the same jewellery as the next person, now known as Sparrow & the Rose - my focus continues to be on creating and selling unique handmade pieces from globally sourced raw materials.
You can find further information about Sparrow & the Rose at www.sparrowandtherose.wordpress.com and www.facebook.com/sparrowandtherose.
With my corporate background in marketing within the business coaching and media industries, I recently recognised a need in the market place to provide business coaching, support and marketing advice to Crafty & Arty Entrepreneurs, so I'm in the process of launching a new division of my consulting business Barefoot Basics - A Handmade Empire along with an online course that will guide people through launching and activating their handmade empires!

Thank you so much Rochelle for introducing us to your wonderful businesses! All the very best for the future :)

Writing a Blog Post

Some questions to think about when writing your blog post for Australian Handmade Sharing.

WHO?
Who are you?

WHAT?
What was your inspiration to start your hobby/business?
What motivates you?
What is your business about?
What are your social media pages (facebook, pinterest, twitter, etc)
What is one of your favourite products?

WHY?
Why did you decide to start selling your items?

WHERE?
Where can people purchase your items from?
Where are you located?

HOW?
How did you learn your craft?

DO?
Do you have any hints for others wanting to start a business?
Do you create custom pieces?

CAN?
Can customers see your items in real life, such as open house, markets, brick & mortar stores, etc.

These are just a few questions to get you started on your blog post. Please do not fill them out like a questionnaire we would rather post up an article about you and your business.

If you'd like to have your post featured on Australian Handmade Sharing Blog, then please use the contact tab above and send us your article :)

Thanks :)
